**Can I edit the invitations myself?**

Yes, our online store offers the option for customers to edit the digital invitations themselves. You can personalize the text, fonts, colors, and even add images to create a unique invitation that suits your event perfectly.

Absolutely! If you prefer to have a professional touch, we also offer editing services. Simply choose the option for us to do the editing, and our team will ensure your invitation looks polished and ready to impress your guests.(not applicable to all the invitations)

How can I send animated invite to my guests? 

You can send it through Messenger, iMessage (iPhone to iPhone), Instagram, WhatsApp and Email. Both Android and iOS users can receive the video file as long as you send them using the mentioned apps. Note: We don’t recommend sending the video invite as a Text Message (SMS) as most carriers have small file size limit or data capabilities so it decreases the quality of the video making it blurry and unreadable at the recipient's end. Another option if you want to send it as text message is to upload your video invitation to your Google Drive and just copy and text the link that will direct them to the video.

**What formats are the digital invitations available in?**

Our digital invitations are typically available in popular formats such as PDF or JPEG, MP4 making it easy for you to share them via email, social media, or messaging apps.

**Can I see a preview of my customized invitation before I receive it?**

Yes, you will have the opportunity to preview your customized invitation before you receive . This way, you can ensure everything looks perfect and meets your expectations.

**How long does it take to receive the finished digital invitations?**

Once you complete the customization process and make a purchase, you will typically receive the digital invitations instantly via email or download link. If you opt for our editing services, the turnaround time is 24 hours
